Hill Country Brass

Weddings

Whether your wedding is in a small country church or in a large city cathedral; in a back yard or on a multi acre ranch, the music you choose will play a vital part in its success and memorability. The flow of the ceremony, the setting of the mood, and the enhancement of the moments are just a few points to consider. In selecting Hill Country Brass, you will bring to your ceremony all the warmth and beauty of pieces such as Bach’s “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” and Pachelbel’s “Cannon in D”, as well as the regal elegance of a trumpet fanfare and the emotionally stirring radiance of pieces such as Handel’s “Rejoicing” or Mouret’s “Rondeau”. You will have the assurance of knowing the unfolding of your special day will be handled in a professional manner. If you are planning something other than a traditional wedding, Hill Country Brass has experience performing in a variety of settings. Assistance in selecting appropriate music is provided if needed.

Receptions can be tailored by Hill Country Brass to fit most tastes. A variety of programs featuring musical selections ranging from Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusic” to Fats Waller’s “Ain’t Misbehavin’” are available. The role of a brass quintet is usually that of providing an hour or two of entertainment during cocktails (if applicable) and/or the meal. If dancing is planned, the music responsibility is then typically handed over to a popular music group or a disc jockey.
